Warranty Policy
1. Within 30 days of purchase, if the product encounters any performance issues listed in the product's fault list, you are entitled to either a return or a replacement with the same model and specification.
2. Within 30 days of purchase, if the product encounters any of the performance issues listed in the product's fault list, you are entitled to either a replacement with the same model and specification or free repair.
3. Within 2 year of purchase , if the product encounters any of the performance issues listed in the product's fault list, you are entitled to free repair.
Product Performance Fault List
• Failure of functions listed in the manual
• No sound from the speaker
• No response from interactive sound
• Unable to power on
• No display on the screen
• Freezing during use
• Key functions not working
• Robotic arm not moving
• Robotic arm unable to pick up pieces
• Mechanical failure to move chess pieces
• Failure to recognise the user
• Damage to the main unit caused by structural or material factors
• USB port/power port damage
• Jammed turntable or disk issues
Situations Not Covered by Free Service
1. Damage caused during shipping, transportation, or unloading.
2. After the warranty period has expired.
3. Unauthorised repairs, disassembly, misuse, collision, water damage, modifications, or software installation issues causing product malfunction.
4. Removal or alteration of product labels, anti-counterfeit tags, or serial numbers.
5. Damage caused by failure to follow product usage, maintenance, or care instructions.
6. Damage caused by human error or improper use of the product.
7. Use of non-original accessories causing product failure or accidents.
8. Damage caused by natural disasters, such as floods, fires, or lightning strikes.

1. For returns, exchanges, or repairs, you can contact us via the following email: support@senserobot.com.au. If your request is approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Refunds
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return and inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
3. Please check your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
